Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz testified today before a Senate panel chaired by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who is leading an investigation into the coffee chain’s labor law violations.
We tried to go, but underestimated all the logistics, arrived on-time, but not early enough to account for the long lines and scarce parking, so went instead to a SBUX at the Wharf in SW and watched the hearing on our phones. ¯\_(ใ)_/¯ We’ll do better next time! ๐
